This is a custom fit hitch that allows you to store the hitch ball upside down when not in use, giving you a completely clear bed. The receiver is also squared which gives you a way to use one of the Companion 5th wheel hitches if the need ever arises.

One other thing I recommend installing on your truck is an in-bed 7-Way socket like the Curt # C53CR, so it's easier to connect your 7-Way from your gooseneck trailer.
