I have a Prodigy controller installed on a 2004 GMC PU. Will the 22292 wiring adaptor allow me to also use the prodigy controller on my 2010 F150 Raptor

Yes, to install your Prodigy P2 brake controller, # 90885, on your 2010 Ford F-150 with a 7 way, you will want the Tow Ready Plug-In Wiring Adapter, # 22292, which you reference.
If your F-150 only has a factory 4-way, you will also need to use the Hopkins Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole, part # 37185, which will give you a 7-way at the rear of your F-150. You will also want mounting bracket # C57202 to complete the installation.
