Im trying to figure out what product I need to be able to wire this truck up for trailer lights. The lights consist of only the brake/turn signal/tail lamps. no side markers. There is only 1 bulb in each light with a 4 wire system. Can you help?

We don't have any custom fit wiring harnesses confirmed to fit your 2012 NPR-HD, but since your taillights have a combined circuit I can recommend you a wiring kit that would work for you.
I would recommend the Curt Wiring Harness part # C59496. I attached an install video an installation instructions for you to check out as well.
