Available Colors of Sikaflex RV Roof Sealant for Vents and Seams

Published 10/20/2026

Question:

I'm resealing around the roof vents and a few seams on my travel trailer's EPDM roof. I'd like something that stays flexible, and I'd prefer gray instead of bright white around some of the trim. Is the Sikaflex roof sealant a good option, and what colors do you carry?

Hey Steve! The Sikaflex Semi Self-Leveling RV Roof Sealant is a good option for resealing around the vents and seams on your EPDM roof. It flows around fasteners and roof-mounted components to help create a watertight seal, then stays flexible to accommodate movement. You can choose from the following colors:

-Sikaflex Semi Self-Leveling RV Roof Sealant - Black # SI34VR

-Sikaflex Semi Self-Leveling RV Roof Sealant - Gray # SI94VR

-Sikaflex Semi Self-Leveling RV Roof Sealant - White # SI78FR

I'd use the gray for the areas where you want it to blend in with your trim. Remove the old sealant and make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the new sealant.

What kind of travel trailer do you have?

It's a Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite. The gray should blend in a lot better around the trim than the white sealant that's on there now.

@Steve I think the gray # SI94VR will look a lot better around your trim too. Just make sure you get all the old sealant cleaned up and the surface is dry before applying it. Good luck with the project!
