Looking For Replacement L-Pins For Weight Distribution Hitch

Updated 10/21/2026 | Published 10/17/2026

Question:

Do you sell the two pins to hold my load level or bars onto the hitch and the two square pins with a cotter pin holding them?

Hey Terry, thanks for reaching out. Yes we should have the parts you are looking for, but those pins are generally brand and model specific to your weight distribution hitch. So, I'll need to know exactly what hitch you are working with.

What is the brand and model of your WD hitch?

I bought the L pins for my Equalizer WD hitch from here and they were an exact match. I got 2 sets in case I needed spare for any reason.

O bought these L-bracket pins for my camper set up. My old ones were wearing and the bars were getting hung up and making a lot of noise when turning. These are so much easier as well vs using the pins in the holes. They stay in place very well.. which I would have bought them a couple years earlier.

The pins I bought were the tall ones with the built in clip and they worked fine for the flat bar also

The replacement pins were an exact match for the original ones. They worked great! Can’t say enough great things about etrailer! They have given me great advice and products for all my truck and trailering needs!

The L pins were an exact match! I purchased them as spares in the hopefully unlikely event I would lose one. Additionally each time I hook up my trailer I lightly grease the l brackets makes for a quiet hitch when turning, minimal creaking and groaning!
