The 1-5/16" Hellwig Adjustable Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bars are designed for 2WD # HE97MR or 4WD # HE94FR versions of your 2021 Ford F-250. These are both designed for trucks which have a stock ride height. Hellwig does offer their 2" Lift # HE66YR or 4" Lift # HE76YR versions but these are the smaller 1-1/8" diameter. Do note the lift heights are for the rear lift so be sure to verify how much rear lift your particular lift kit has since it may not be the same as the front which is typically the advertised amount for most lift kits.

We have just what you need. If your 2018 Ford F-350 is a non-dually the sway bar you would need is the part #RM-1139-173 and you'd also need the end link kit #RM-590170-00 since you do not have a factory sway bar.
