Unfortunately, it will not Mike but I have one that does. To add a hitch to your 2026 Suburu Crosstrek Wilderness, you'll need the Curt item # C54GJ. This hitch is designed specifically for the Wilderness models and looks great when installed because it tucks up right against the trim.

The Curt item # C54GJ is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 525 lbs. It'll work great for towing a trailer or hauling an accessory like a bike rack or cargo carrier. All hardware needed for installation is included.

The Curt item # C56040 is the correct trailer wiring harness for your 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness. It'll provide you with a 4-way connector capable of controlling a trailer or accessory's lighting functions.

Jerrod, sorry it's taken me so long to reply to your response .. I just closed the deal on my Suburu and will be placing an order for both items shortly .. I will be using the hitch for light towing ... something always needs to be moved that you can't handle in the trunk of a car. ... thanks again ... Mike

@MikeG You're welcome and no worries at all! Congrats on your new car! Since you're towing a trailer you're definitely going to need the Curt item # C56040 trailer wiring harness. I also highly recommend the Mounting Bracket for 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C42CR and item # C83DR. These mounting brackets will allow you to attach the 4-way connector to the Curt Hitch item # C54GJ, without having to drill into anything.

@JerredH - I have already placed an order for the hitch and wiring you suggested .. can I possibly add these 2 items to my order or place an additional order for these 2 items and have both orders shipped at the same time?

@Mike You could do both of those but you would have to pay shipping on the brackets. I just canceled your original order so you can go back in and make a new one that all ships out at the same time and you still get free shipping on everything.
