Hey Rich, for a single camera wireless observation system the best is the Furrion Vision S+ part # FR57AD which has a high resolution 7 inch screen and really great reception. We also have a version of this with side cameras as well with the part # FR64AD.
So for the Winnebago the # FR57AD is what I recommend since you wanted a single camera setup and then for a version with three cameras you would want the part # FR64AD for the Lance 2375. Then for towing mirrors for the Rivian there aren't any custom fit options available anywhere so a solid set of universal mirrors like the part # KS3990 is your best option. Are you moving the camper to a permanent location for you?

Also Jameson, neither of these RV's are prewired. Specs say for pre wired. Suggestions? Rich
