Question:
I bought Weigh Safe True Tow lightweight WD hitch with 6inch . In down position it seems to be too low for my 2022 Honda Ridgeline. I would like to buy 4inch drawbar for this lightweight hitch WS part number LWDB4-2 but it doesnt seem to be sold separately neither by eTrailer nor by Weigh Safe. Could this drawbar WS49RR be used with the lightweight version of this hitch instead?

Hey Igor,
Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, the Weigh Safe Replacement Shank # WS49RR cannot be used with Weigh Safe's lightweight weight distribution systems, such as # WS46WR. According to Weigh Safe, the # WS49RR replacement shank is only approved for use with their 8,500-lb and 12,500-lb weight distribution systems.
If you're looking for the same capacity with a 4" drop, we do carry the complete Weigh Safe Weight Distribution Hitch # WS36WR. Unfortunately, we do not carry the shank by itself. I also checked Weigh Safe's website to see if they offer the shank separately, but I wasn't able to find it available as an individual replacement part.
Are you worried about the current shank sitting too low and potentially scraping the ground during travel?
