To confirm which weight distribution hitch will work to tow your trailer with a GVWR of 4995lbs you will need to measure its tongue weight, as the tongue weight rating is usually with the trailer unloaded and will not be accurate.

The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044, but there are other methods that are outlined in the included help article.

Since your trailers GVWR is 4995lbs and tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the trailer weight you should expect 495-750lbs tongue weight with the trailer loaded to the GVWR.

If you are on the lighter side of this range the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution Hitch # BLU36FR you were looking at will work as it is rated for tongue weights between 200-600lbs. This hitch includes a 2" hitch ball so if your trailer has a 2-5/16" coupler you will need 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 instead.

If you find your tongue weight is over 600lbs you will need to go with the Blue Ox TrackPro # BLU47FR instead as it is rated for tongue weights between 600-800lbs. This hitch includes a 2-5/16" hitch ball so if your trailer has a 2" coupler you will need the 2" hitch ball # A-90 instead.

Between the Blue Ox TrackPro # BLU47FR and the Blue Ox SwayPro # BXW0750 you mentioned I highly recommend the TrackPro. The reason of this is while the SwayPro is quieter due to not having having friction sway control, the chain tension is not nearly as effective of a sway control option. In our experience we have seen much better things out of the TrackPro when it comes to ride quality and sway control. I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
