Question:

I have a 2021 Jayco 24 White Hawk MBH. It has the three step step above by Morryde . I’m missing them mounting hinge. Please see pictures. Can you tell me how I can order just the mounting hinge?

Hey Kris, thanks for the pictures! The mounting plate part that attaches to the threshold of your Jayco is not available for separate purchase. MORryde doesn't offer it as a replacement part.

To install your 3-Step MORryde StepAbove RV Steps, you'll need to replace the entire hinge portion that's attached to your steps. There's a couple options depending on how wide your doorway is that I have listed below:

26" to 28" Wide Doorways - Removable Mounting Plate for 1st Gen MORryde item # MR32AR

30" to 32" Wide Doorways - Removable Mounting Plate for 1st Gen MORryde item # MR92AR

Do you see any part numbers on your steps or could possibly send me a measurement of the width of them and the threads? I'll be able to tell you which removable mounting plate you need if you could put that information below where it says Add Comment.
