Have a 3 step assembly and have lost the pin and hinge for the quick release. Will the MR66RV hinge and MR76RV pin work for a 3 step? If not do you have a hinge and pin for a 3 step?

Hi Sharee! It sounds like you may have a MORryde 3 step assembly?

The part # MR66RV hinge is specifically for the 2 step MORryde step STP-202-MH-226-09 so it will not work with your 3 step. Morryde does carry different hinges so if you know the part number for your particular steps, that will help me find the correct hinge and pin for you.

If you don’t know the part number, that’s okay. There are a few ways we can narrow it down. First, we’re trying to figure out if you have Gen 1 or Gen 2 steps. The Gen 1 steps use a pull pin that you manually pull out and push back into round holes to lock the telescoping legs in place. The Gen 2 steps use a push button mechanism and rectangular adjustment holes, which lets you adjust or retract the legs by pressing the button. What is the width of your doorway and your entry height? I may be able to narrow down which steps you have based on those measurements and find the correct hinge and pin for you.

What happened to your hinges, if you don't mind me asking?
