What is the Difference Between the Marlboro Piano Hinges MA65VR and MA45VR
Hey Israel, the only difference between the 3" Wide Continuous Hinge # MA65VR and the 3" Wide Continuous Hinge # MA45VR is that # MA65VR is .09" thick while # MA45VR is .075" thick. The # MA65VR is also .065" longer than # MA45VR. Apart from the .015" difference in thickness between the two, and the .065" of additional length, they are the exact same. Can The Marlboro 3" Wide x 6' Long Continuous Hinge MA45VR Be Cut To 4' Long?
Hi Ken! The Marlboro 3" Wide Continuous Hinge - 6' Long - 1/4" Pin Diameter - Steel # MA45VR can indeed be cut down to 4'. I do recommend removing the pin and pulling the two sides of the hinge apart though as it will make it easier. Cutting at the ends of the hinge loops will also give you a cleaner look than trying to cut through them (see attached image). The pin is held in with friction (which will make getting it out a bit of a pain), so you will not need anything to keep it in place...

Do Marlboro Piano Hinges Have Weight Capacity
Marlboro does not list weight capacities for either the # MA75VR or the # MA45VR that you referenced. They state it will be up to the installer to determine the appropriate weight capacity. We also do not have this in a 3 foot length.

Converting A Trailer Ramp Door To Two Separate Doors
Hey Kim, We offer some of the components you'll need, like the hinges # MA45VR and latches # 305736 but we don't offer the actual doors. Dexter axle and Lippert Components manufacture doors for RV's so I would try reaching out to them to see if they can get you the door and then we can get you the parts to install it.
