The Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit with Removable Arms # DM56MV is a confirmed fit for both the 2019 and 2026 Ford F-150.
To confirm whether you can reuse your existing base plates, I'd want to verify that the ones currently installed on your 2019 F-150 are in fact # DM56MV. If you can reply with the part number or model number from your existing base plates—or send a photo of the label—I'd be happy to confirm that for you.
