How would you hook up the trickle charge kit on the 2025 Ford Maverick?

Hey Tim, welcome back. The Roadmaster charge line item # RM-156-25 is going to connect directly to the battery's positive post on your 2025 Ford Maverick.
You'll then install the included circuit breaker and wire the other end to the center pin on the 6-way connector included with the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit item # RM-15267.
I linked an installation video we made on the Roadmaster charge line item # RM-156-25 below. It's done on a Ranger but the charge line's a universal part so the process will be the same.
Here are the rest of the parts I recommend using to flat tow your 2025 Ford Maverick:
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar item # e34ZR
Base Plate Kit - etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # e64FV
Supplemental Braking System - Roadmaster InvisiBrake Flat Tow Brake System item # RM-8700
Stop Light Switch - Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit item # RM87GR
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. I have linked a FAQ article that explains all this in more detail along with our selection of adapters.

Tim We have the charge line connected through our pigtail from our motor coach (2022 Newmar) and it works fine. We also have a wireless battery monitor (Ancel BM200 pro) hooked to the Bronco so we can see the SOC on the Bronco battery. Both are working great at this time. We have only used it on two short trips (170m) so far. We are getting set for a 60 day trip and expecting it to work well. Hope this helps
