How Long Does The TowSmart Hitch TS56VR Take To Install On A 2023 Toyota Highlander?

Hi, I was considering ordering this hitch for my 2023 Highlander. Can you tell why you rate the installation difficulty for this hitch as 10 of 10 with an expected time of 2 hours, when the other hitches for this vehicle are rated 5 out of 10 with an installation time of 50 minutes?

Hi Bob!
The TowSmart Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # TS56VR installs on your 2023 Toyota Highlander in the exact same way as the other hitches we have available for it. With that said, the 10 out of 10 difficulty and 2 hour install time was our error and I will get that fixed. It definitely should be 5 out of 10 for the difficulty and a 50 minute install time. Good catch!

I mistakenly reviewed incorrect. It took about an hour. I did it by myself though. That made it tougher. It’s best to do with someone to leverage weight and install screws easily.
