Hi Marco!
For your 2023 Kia Sorento, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C37RV. This is an American made hitch and has 4,000 pounds of towing capacity plus 600 pounds of tongue weight capacity (though you should check your owner's manual to see what your vehicle can handle).
If you are also needing wiring to tow a trailer, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C63RV if you do not have a Hybrid or LED taillights, or the # C99DR if you have a PHEV or non-Hybrid models with LED taillights. Both of these are plug and play harnesses, but do require one wire to be run to the battery for needed power.
If you will be towing, the last thing you will need is a ball mount. The etrailer Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 6" Rise, 6" Drop - 10K # e66PR would be a great choice. It's adjustable, has both a 2" and 2-5/16" ball, and includes a pin/clip. It also has plenty of capacity.
On that note, what are you wanting to use the hitch for once it's installed?

Installed this receiver on my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid. I borrowed wheel ramps to put up the back end and had my son help me hold the receiver steady so I could insert and tighten the provided bolts. I believe it’s tightened to 60lbs. The only (small) problem I had was removing the attachments which held the exhaust in place, but it all worked out. Accomplished this in my driveway. So to make it easier it would be nice to have a set of wheel ramps, a large torque wrench and an extra set of hands. Hope this helps.

Planning to use for a hitch mounted bike rack and a small trailer for motorcycles.

We installed on a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. Perfect alignment and since car was new without gunk in holes it went in without a hitch! Recommend this hitch. If you need to clear the holes, Milwaukee makes the best taps. Gunk is so hard that cheap taps will get destroyed.
