Correct Trailer Wiring Harness for a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige with LED Tail Lights

Question:

I have 2024 Kia Sorento SX prestige x line. I installed your hitch just like the last two Sorrentos Ive owned. Hitch installation went great. Now Im a little confused on the wiring the plug and Play wiring. I do have LED lights. Which one of your current versions work for the wiring. I found one that says does not work with LED lights. Which is okay I have LED lights which one works? Is it the c63rv?. Id like to keep it as simple as possible as my 21 Kia Sorento just plugged in and away we went. Thanks for your time

Hey Robert, thanks for reaching out!

According to Curt the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C63RV is compatible with LED tail lights on your 2024 Kia Sorento, so you'll be able to us this to tee in behind your tail lights as opposed to splicing your connections in. (not sure why our system says without LED tail lights, but I've sent in a note to have them look at that)

Please note that this also has a black wire you'll need to connect to your battery for power so it's a little more than plug and play, but it's as close as you're going to get without a tow package.

Thanks John, exactly the one I thought would probably work and I'm glad you verified that installation. I'm going to order one up now and send back the plug and Play like the one I had on my 21 Sorento. Still sounds plenty easy enough, I'm just lazy that's all. Thanks again you guys been great so far
