Question:
Hello! I have a 2026 Toyota Sienna LE AWD and I am looking to get some help with the rear end sagging under load. I am looking at the spring helpers. Just wondering if the Sumo Springs or Timbrens have any major differences? Which sumo springs would I need for the All Wheel Drive Sienna? It only shows “2 wheel drive” configurations. I just have a vertical hanging bike rack on there Thule Revert 6 bike and the hitch is an eco hitch by Torklift. The rear sags a bit and rides a little harsh so I’d like to get some help there and these spring helpers seem to be the ticket for my application. Thanks in advance. Let me know what you think and I’ll order a set right away. Also, I am a firefighter here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Just curious if you offer any first responder discounts on your products. No worries if you don’t, I just figured I’d check. Thanks!

Hey Braden,
I do have Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Coil Spring Suspension - Rear Axle #T58GR for your 2026 Toyota Sienna, but there is not a model of Sumo Springs custom fit to your van just yet. If you want to find a Sumo Springs setup that works for your vehicle, you are able to use the printable template linked below to find which kit will work for you. To measure, you cut the template out, and stick the template between your coils on your unloaded vehicle. The largest size that fits in your coils will be your best fit. Our part number will be "CSS-" followed by the number on the template.
The difference between the Timbren and the Sumo Spring options really just comes down to brand preference. Out of these two brands, I typically prefer the Timbren based on my experiences with their other products.
Are you loading your Sienna down with a lot of cargo, or do you just have a lot of passengers that are in turn causing sag on your suspension? Also, I thank you for your service. We offer free shipping on orders over $99, but there is not a discount for service members or first responders at this time.

I recently put them on a 2025 le AWD along with a 2” lift kit from Journeys Off Road. The helper springs seem to work as advertised. I hang a dirt bike on a hitch rack and it seems to sag much less than our gen 3 used to when I did the same. So far I am pleased with the product. According to my invoice I used model CSS-1168R so I’d guess the 2026 would be the same.

Hey Brenden. I have a 2021 sienna AWD and have the sumo springs in the rear> I tow a 2200 LBS camper with mine and have noticed a big difference in handling with the helper springs. Before I bought mine, I checked with sumo and they told me they are the same for the AWD model. Also, my dad works toyota and he verified that the rear suspension is the same for the 2wd and AWD model. With all that said my Wife and I love the sumo springs when there is no load on the van we have not noticed a difference in ride but with the camper there is a night and day difference. hope this helps.
