Perfect replacement light for my Karavan trailer. Wired it up with heat shrink and screwed it in. Perfect.
This is my 3rd light that I purchased because water keeps getting inside the lens. I now use adhesive silicone to go around the backside of the light, the lens pulls away from the backing which allows water to come in. So this light cost me $[XX] including tax and shipping $[XX] on 3 tail lights that let water in and leak. Please if possible fix this problem.

The orginal light that came on the trailer filled up with rain and stopped working. This one was a perfect match and easy to install...it has been one year and the light is still working perfect. No leaks!

I would try two things. First, make sure your ground is on a good, clean metal surface that isn't aluminum. I would also make sure each light has its own dedicated ground and is not tied into other sources. LED lights can be picky in that way. Second, try connecting the light to a separate power source. I know you said you have 12 volts going to it, but that would confirm if it's the connection or the light. Keep in mind the white wire is for ground, the black wire is for power for the tail light. and the red wire is going to send power for your stop and turn signal. If neither of these get's the light working, it is defective and will need to be replaced. Just let me know and I will get the ball rolling for that.

We removed the old light, recorded the number from the back, ordered this light, and it was plug and play. It fit and works perfectly.
Great light clear so you don’t notice them till the brakes are Applied during the day. Mounted under the tailgate on both sides. Very bright at night. Extra warning For vehicles to the rear.

I contacted the manufacturer and they said this is definitely a warranty issue. There shouldnt be any water getting inside. I sent you an email with their warranty information.
