Does Install of Hitch on 2020 Honda Passport Require Thread Locker

I have ordered and will probably receive today an etrailer hitch for my 2020 Honda Passport. The installation looks pretty straightforward. My question is do you recommend or not using threadlock on the installation bolts

Hey John, the install hardware of the etrailer hitch part # e44AR that you referenced does not require any thread locker because it's considered torque to yield which means the bolts stretch a bit which basically makes it act like a thread locker is used. So you can use it if you want but you do not need to. Will you be doing any towing?
