Is The Furrion Chill Cube AC Unit Compatible With The InCommand System?

Updated 06/17/2026 | Published 06/14/2026

Question:

Is the Furrion Chill Cube ducted compatible with the InCommand system? I was wanting to replace my Coleman Mach with one of these units on my ‘21 Keystone Raptor.

Hey Mark, thanks for reaching out. No, the Furrion Chill Cube is not compatible with the InCommand system. They have to use their own thermostat made specifically for the Chill Cube. That is the only way to guarantee everything communicates and works correctly.

So, it is possible to add Chill Cube units to your camper, but it will mean installing a separate thermostat for each unit. You won't be able to control them with the OneConnect touch screen anymore.

That said, if you still want to do Chill Cubes I recommend the following:

- Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR39TD

Or if you want to add the heat pump:

- Furrion Variable Speed Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w/ Heat Pump - Ducted - 18K Btu - Black - R32 # FR97TQ

Both of these come with wireless remotes which will be way easier to install compared to wiring in a wall thermostat.

Your camper has a ducted AC system, correct?

@Mark Ok perfect. I know not being able to control the AC with the touch screen kind of sucks but in my opinion it's still worth upgrading to the Chill Cube. You'll get way more cooling capacity with less amp draw than most any other RV AC unit.

Yes you will absolutely love it the fan runs all the time with the air conditioner on but it keeps the room temperature perfect and sometimes the fan goes up sometimes it slows way down but it seems to keep the camper at a perfect temperature we love it also the fan that's Up on the Roof where the coils are you know how the coils will drip water down into a pan well this doesn't leak out onto the roof it the fan causes the water to like Splash up on the coils keeping the coils extra cool with that lite moisture blowing across it I thought in the beginning I thought the drain holes were plugged but after researching it I found that this works way way better for keeping things cool
