Will this operate properly on my 2020 Ford F150 lariat with the max tow package?

It sure will Tony. Since your 2020 Ford F150 Lariat has the Max Tow Package, the accessory pin on the 7-way connector is hot when the truck is on and connected. It's powered by a 30 amp fuse so you'll have plenty of power to operate the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ 7-Way and SnapPad item # e22QV.

Please note you may need to press the brake pedal to register the jack after you disconnect your trailer's 7-way with the truck on. The smart trailer module on your 2020 F-150 is designed to prevent battery drain so it kills the power to the accessory pin when you turn your truck off.
