Does the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ 7-Way and SnapPad Come w/a Cover?

Does this model come with a cover for the jack like some of you other models?

No, it does not James. The etrailer Electric Trailer Jack item # e22QV includes a 7-way connector and snap pad but not cover. The plastic housing will keep water from getting inside and damaging the controls. All of the buttons are covered in a flexible rubber that keeps the elements out and protects the housing.

For a compatible cover, I recommend the etrailer Protective Cover item # e27VV. This vinyl cover will not only protect your jack from the elements while in storage, but also from UV rays as well. If you store your trailer outside, I highly recommend getting a cover. Protecting the jack from the sun while you're not towing your trailer will definitely prolong it's life.
