Swivel Jack For A Jet Ski Trailer That Gets Dunked Often - No Electrical Wiring

I have a double jet ski trailer that gets backed into the water a lot during the summer. The old jack is rusty, and I want something easier to crank but still light enough that it doesn’t feel like overkill. What would you use? I don't think electric is good for water right?
