Question:

I’ve got a pontoon trailer that sits outside by the lake, and the jack is stiff enough now that my wife won’t mess with it. I don’t really want to wire in an electric jack on a boat trailer. Would an aluminum drill jack be a good route?

It has a 1,500 lb capacity, 12 inches of travel, and a wheel for moving the trailer tongue around at the ramp or in storage. Since it uses an aluminum body with stainless steel hardware, it is better suited for wet boat-trailer use than a painted steel jack.
