Hi Jim!
We have what you are looking for on both counts!
For the hitch, I recommend going with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e59ZV. This is American made and has plenty of capacity for whatever you need it for. The matte black finish on our hitches also helps it blend into the car better than the gloss finish other options use. So I think it's the one to go with.
For the wiring, we have the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C93DQ. This is a plug and play harness, but you will need to run one wire up to the battery for needed power. It adds a little bit more work, but overall, it's a pretty straightforward install and you do not need to cut or splice any existing wiring.
What are you going to be towing with your Santa Cruz?

I agree with the parts choice of Lazer. Hitch was a perfect fit, looks great, done in an hour. Wiring harness while not requiring any splices, requires some good DYI skills, or an installer. Local Installer is quoting 3 hours for the job. so far I have the part but haven't had it installed on my new Santa Cruz.
