What base plate would i need for a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sahara to tow using a Blue Ox tow bar. I already have the Demco Air Force One braking I am moving from my 2018 Jeep wrangler. Thanks

Welcome back Michael and congrats on your new Jeep! To flat tow your 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with a Blue Ox tow bar you'll need the Blue Ox baseplate kit item # BX1139. This baseplate is compatible with the stock Sahara bumper.
To transfer over your Second Vehicle Kit for Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System item # SM99209 you bought a couple years back, I recommend the Towed Vehicle Reinstall Kit for Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System item # SM99226. it includes new fittings, lines, and other replacement components.
To get new wiring and diodes for your 2025 Wrangler, you'll need the Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights item # RM47ZR. This kit has the smart diodes that you'll need for your Sahara's LED lights.
Are there any other flat towing parts you weren't able to carry over from your 2018 Wrangler that you need?

I have the Blue Ox base plate and it works very well. I installed it on my 2024 Jeep Rubicon 392.

I installed the Blue Ox baseplate on my 2025 Jeep Wrangler and it was straight forward and a quality baseplate would definitely recommend!
