Question:
I have a 2026 Jayco Greyhawk on an E-450 ford chassis. It seems to wander and I have to keep making minute corrections. It definitely drifts more with wind or when a semi passes. I love to drive but, this makes it more like work. It only has 2500 miles on it so I assume that the bushings and connection are not the culprits Do you think that the ST98MR will help? Thank you Bruce

Hey Bruce, yeah that doesn't sound fun at all! The biggest improvement you can make to the handling of your 2026 Jayco Greyhawk will be with a rear sway bar like the part # RM-1139-147 which is a confirmed fit for your motorhome.
I would start there and if you decide you want more improvements go with a front bar like part # RM-1139-189. Lastly a steering stabilizer part # ST98MR. You can do all three for a huge improvement but the order I mentioned them will give you the biggest results first.

I had the same experience as Michael T. below. It definitely makes the ride better and was a good investment. I did all 3 upgrades - the front/rear sway bars and the steering stabilizer. It was pricey, but worth it. I have a 2015 Coachman Leprechaun 319DS 33' RV.

2023 Entegra Odyssey E-450. Handled like crap as expected. Did front and rear Roadmaster anti sway. Did self centering stabilizer. Also added AirTab vortex generators. Tracks great now in all conditions. Might get an alignment to max out the caster angle.

Thanks for the info, i think. When I look at these items on your web page, it says that these items are not confirmed to fit my vehicle which is a Ford E-450 chassis with a Jayco Greyhawk class C motorhome. Thanks Bruce P.S. I have purchased the Safety-Plus steering stabilizer and will put it on this weekend

2016 Thor 28Z Class C: After our first trip across very windy, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and other similar states I installed the works, Roadmaster sway bars, steering stabilizer and Sumo springs. We are currently in Idaho have crossed Wyoming and headed to Utah. This upgrade has made a big difference in our travels. After insulating cab with thermal and sound foam our rig is like a Newmar!!! :) Thanks so much, Roger

I have a 2021 450 and it only has 12k on it and from day 1 it was a constant struggle to keep the rig in the lane, I understand your issue. I have installed the Roadmaster front and rear sway bar set , I have been using this sway bar system on the ambulances at where I retired from and the difference is day and night, it feels like a race car compared to stock. I definitely recommend, of you can afford it, to do front and back, it’s that much of a difference Let me know what you think
