Hey Brody thanks for the pictures! To replace your 122259 brake assemblies, I recommend our etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes item # AKEBRK-7-SA. These are self adjusting, 12" x 2" left and right brake assemblies, for a 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs axle.
Replacement mounting bolts, nuts, and lock washers can be purchased separately with item # BRKH12 to replace your older ones.
To recommend a replacement braking hub, I will need some more information. There's no database that shows me what parts are on your trailer like you can use the VIN for on vehicles. Your second picture is of the tire capacity sticker and information that doesn't help me identify your axles or hubs.
What you'll want to do is pull one of the hubs and look at the two bearings. They should have numbers stamped into the sides of them. I'll need those part numbers to identify your spindle size which will tell me what hub you need. I'll also need to know your trailer's lug nut pattern so we can match back up to your current wheels.
If they do not have numbers stamped into the side you'll need to measure your spindles using a digital caliper like item # PTW80157. I'll need the C and D dimensions shown in the diagram below.
What year, make, and specific model trailer do you have?

Brody, I have used these brakes on my 20' goose neck trailer for about three years now. Big difference from original brakes and operate very well. Very smooth operation and stay adjusted. I am very happy with them. CBS in CA
