Thanks so much for including the axle tag, the 4,400 pound axles are very brand specific on finding the correct kit.
For your Dexter 4,400 pound axle, you will want the Dexter Bearing Kit for 4.4K Axles - Inner and Outer Bearings LM67048/L68149 # DX86ER, you will need to order one kit per hub.
If you do not already have some bearing grease on hand, make sure to grab some LubriMatic Prime Guard High Temperature Wheel Bearing Grease - Red - 16-oz Can # L11380.
