Best Trailer Tire Recommendation for Size ST225/75R15

Question:

We have a 2002 fourwinds lite 5th wheel Camper we recently bought and fixed up. It has car tires on it now which were ok we didn’t go far but so far so good. We bought almost brand new Hercules ST225/75R15 tires load capacity E the set game with one good year Load Capacity D same size as the Hercules. Will that be ok ? Our big question is the Hercules say 2 ply on them ?

Replacing the passenger tires you have on your trailer as soon as you can is a smart idea as passenger vehicle tires are not rated properly for trailer use and they would be very likely to fail.

In the tire size of ST225/75R15 the best option is the Karrier # AM10303 which is a USA made trailer tire with a 10-ply rating, and a higher speed rating at 81 mph. This tire is made for trailers and a safer alternative.
