Hey Don. The correct grease seal for a Dexter 4,400 lbs axle is item # 58846. It has a 1.719" inner diameter and 2.565" outer diameter. To replace all the bearings, races, seal, tang washer, and cotter pin you'll need the Dexter Bearing Kit for 4.4K Axles item # DX86ER. You'll need one kit per hub.

What kind of trailer do you have?

Jerred, Thank you for the reply and for the information. I have a 2014 Keystone Laredo. However, after some further thought, I think I need to replace the brakes as well since I purchased it used three years ago, and it most likely has never been replaced. Which brake assemblies would I need to order?

@DonM You're welcome! For a 4,400 lbs axle you'll need the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes item # K23-478-479. These are self adjusting brake assemblies. We also have the Dexter Electric Trailer Brakes item # K23-462-463-00 if you want the type you have to manually adjust. Both of these are sold as a left and right pair. You'll need one set per axle.
