Hey Mark thanks for the information! To add a 5-lug hub, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,500-lb Axles item # DX22XR. This hub is sold individually and includes bearings, races, grease seal, grease cap, wheel bolts, and lug nuts. It works with 13" to 15" wheels.

Those are older bearing numbers but the item # DX22XR will indeed work with your spindle. Your 1.25" ID pn 141125 inner bearing corresponds to the item # LM67048 and your .3/4" ID pn 09067 outer bearing is the item # LM11949.

For a 15" wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 lug nut pattern, I also recommend the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel item # AM20440. This black powder coated wheel is rust and corrosion resistant and has a 2,200 lbs capacity so it will definitely be perfect for your trailer.

That is definitely an older style spindle. What kind of trailer do you have and what size tires do you run on it?
