Hey Jason, the most concealed hitch we offer for your 2018 Honda CR-V would be the B and W part # BW97BR as it only has the hitch opening that hangs below the rear bumper and also it's safety chain loops are pushed back further than other similar models which gives it the edge over all of the other similar hitches. Will you be doing any towing?
