This hitch gives you a full-size 2" x 2" receiver opening with a 675-lb tongue weight rating, so it’s perfect for heavy cargo carriers and bike racks, including those that haul e-bikes. I just golt home from the mechanic listed on your website- All Time and Diesel Repair in Glendora CA. He told me that the bolt holes don't line upk, that the unit is to small, and That it cannot be installed. He initially tried to charge me for his labor, but he understood that if wasn't my fault, so he waived the fee, He explained that the dimensions listed in the catalog are correct, but the actual part that you sent me has incorrect measurents.

Worked great -- no problem now over a year after install.
Appears to be well built. Delivery was promp and fast. Packaging was heavy cardboard, but delivery company must have toss box around. Hanger brackets were hanging outside of box . Didn’t hurt anything because of being steel , but paint was rubbed off . Not a big deal to me.

Thanks for sharing your experience Marco and we apologize for the trouble with installation. The TowSmart hitch is a confirmed fit to the 2022 Honda CR-V so there's definitely something off with it. We appreciate you mentioning the installer and how they handled the situation. In some cases, trailer hitches can can flex slightly during shipping, which can cause the mounting holes to appear misaligned even though the hitch is still usable.
