Question:

2 in hitch, 7/4 pin plug wiring harness and foot sensor adapter/ foot sensor both for 2025 honda pilot ex-l I want to add the foot sensor as it is not included this trim level. Thoughts?

Hi Jonathan; I can help you out with the hitch and wiring but the foot sensor is not something that we carry. You will have to get it from the dealer or an OEM parts site. Since the sensor can be limited by the hitch, I recommend adding it after the hitch is installed so you can get it in the best position relative to the receiver tube.

For a hitch I recommend our own etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e27KR. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and a bolt on installation. It also has a matte black finish which tends to blend well with OEM trim.

For wiring, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # C35ZV. This is just a 7-way but you can use a 7-Way RV to 4-Way Flat Adapter # 337TC2074P whenever you tow something with a 4-way. If you really want a connector that can do both you can swap out the included connector with # C36GJ.
