Does the cross-bar style baseplate RM-523162-4 include the cross-bar 910021-00 or do I have to purchase that separately?

Hi Randy; the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-523162-4 does not come with the Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Tow Bars # 910021-00. You will have to purchase it separately if you don't already have one. Assuming you want to stick with Roadmaster this is the only option since a Direct Connect base plate is not available for your 2015 SRX.
