Hey Simon. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # RM-1139-190 and item # RM22FR are both currently in stock(02-25-2026). They fit a 2024 Ford F-550 cab and chassis with an emergency vehicle body. So unless you're driving an ambulance you'll most likely need the Roadmaster item # RM23ZR, which is also in stock.
The Roadmaster item # RM23ZR is a 1-3/4" sway bar that is designed to fit a class C motorhome built on a 2024 Ford F-550 cab and chassis. This setup comes with all mounting hardware and custom fit brackets necessary for installation. It also has polyurethane bushings which stand up better than rubber ones to oil and road shock.
