Question:
I have a 2024 Thor Four Winds 28Z class c on a 2023 Ford E450 chasis. Is the Roadmaster 1139-163 anti sway bar kit the correct upgrade for this motor home? Also, what is the Roadmaster number to upgrade the front swab bar? TIA

Hi Curt!
We do have options for your 2024 Thor Four Winds 28Z Class C motorhome on that 2023 Ford E-450 chassis, but the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-163 you found will only fit a 2015 to 2019 Ford E-Series Cutaway E-450, so it isn't going to be what you are looking for.
With that said, you are going to want the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter # RM-1139-147. This is for the rear, so for the front you will need the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar - 1-3/8" Diameter # RM-1139-189 if you have end-links or # RM-1139-176 if you do not have end-links. You will need to check under your Thor to see if you have them or not. You may be able to call Thor with your VIN to see if they can tell you, but I'm not 100% on that.
Are you getting a lot of sway while you are traveling?

Good afternoon Curt, Since we have added the sway bars we have seen a dramatic change in how it handles. It is no longer a white knuckle drive in the wind. We are in Kansas City MO and go frequently to Dallas TX and Colorado Springs CO. Now the drive is pleasurable. We should have done this right when we purchased our 2022 E450 Class C Jayco 29' Redhawk. I highly recommend this upgrade on the sway bars!
