I use a 6inch blue ox reserver for my flat tow vehicle. Do these come with a 6inch ?

Hey Brian. The Roadmaster Hitch Spare Tire Mount with 2" Receiver Opening item # RM-195225 for a 2" hitch or item # RM95MR for a 2-1/2" hitch will give you an 8-3/4" extension from the hitch pin hole to the closest point of the carriers.
This 8-3/4" measurement is only to the closest point of the Spare Tire Mounts so it's already as long as the Blue Ox item # BX88265 you referenced. The hitch pin holes for the tow bar are an additional 2" - 4" past the 8-3/4" measurement. You can also reduce this distance by 3-1/2" if you use the 2nd hitch pin hole on the Spare Tire Mount receivers.
I've attached a couple of dimensional diagrams below to illustrate these measurements. There's quite a bit of adjustability with these Spare Tire Mounts as far as distance away from your RV's hitch pin hole.
Another nice perk about the Roadmaster Hitch Spare Tire Mounts item # RM-195225 and item # RM95MR is they only reduce your hitch's capacity by 33-1/2". Your Blue Ox item # BX88265 reduces it by 50%.
