Question:
Good morning! I currently have a 3 Bulletproof shank, and I am interested in purchasing a Blue Ox WDH 1500lb bars. Id like to know if I can buy that without the shank and which setup would work best? Thank you.

Hello Nate, thanks for reaching out. We do carry the 1,500 lb Blue Ox WD hitches like part # BLU54TR, but I am sorry to say we do not offer the WD hitch without the shank.
The # BLU54TR comes with a shank for a 2-1/2" hitch. You can swap it out for your 3" Bulletproof shank. The shanks are interchangeable so that swap will not be a problem - you will just have an extra shank.
The # BLU54TR should be used on trailers with a tongue weight between 1,000 and 1,500 lbs.
What kind of trailer is this going on? How much does it weigh?
