Trailer Hitch Anti Rattle Device Recommendation for 2026 Nissan Frontier

Question:
I have 2026 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab towing a 2023 Crestliner XF 179. Aprox 2500 lbs and 275 lbs tongue weight. Limited clearance 1/2” above receiver. Welds on sides of receiver flange fairly thick so limited square lip on sides. Will Blue Ox BX88224 be best choice for anti-rattle device?
