The short answer is no, part # RM-590185-00 will not work for your 1998 Minnie Winnie 31 DL Triton V10. Those links would work if you had Roadmaster kit # RM-1139-197, which is for emergency vehicle, like an ambulance.
I searched for what chassis your Minnie Winnie was on and it looks like it should be on a Ford E-450 Van chassis. So the correct links you would want to pick up would be part # RM-590147-00.
