My 2004 tundra limited double cab came with a factory towing package. It has a towable bumper hole in the middle for mounting a ball Your site says including factory towable bumper Will Your e87KR work with my factory towable bumper Thank You much

Yes, it will so long as you do not have a factory hitch installed. The etrailer Hitch item # e87KR is compatible with the 2004 Toyota Tundra's with the factory towable bumper. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver, that has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 500 lbs.
It'll look like the picture below when it is installed.
