Does 2026 BMW X5 With Factory Tow Package Have Brake Controller Port

Im about to pickup a 2026 BMW X5 _with_ towing package. Im finding conflicting information. Do you know if these vehicles have a connector for a trailer brake controller? Ive used the P3 in my past tow vehicles and would do so again if its an option. Thanks.

Hi Benjamin; the 2026 BMW X5 with the factory tow package will have a port for your brake controller. Assuming you're using the same P3 # 90195 you need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - BMW # TK29FR.
