Hello Rob, thanks for reaching out. I do have a hitch option for you, but the B&W Trailer Hitch Receiver # BW62PR will not allow room for the 20" spare tire. We do offer another hitch for the 2020 Highlander that will work with the 20" spare. Take a look at the following:

- EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # EH35VR

At this time this is the only hitch for the 2020 Highlander that has been confirmed to work with the full size spare.
