I see you went with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1139 for your 2024 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. As long as you have the factory plastic or steel bumper, this options will be a perfect fit.

The Blue Ox Acclaim Non-Binding Tow Bar - Coupler Style for 2" Ball - Car Mount - 5,000 lbs # BX4330 will work for you as long as you have the standard 3.6L V6 as it will weigh roughly 4,500 pounds. Just make sure you don't have it loaded up as you will likely go over the capacity of the tow bars. If you have a 4xe or 6.4L V8 Rubicon 392 model, you will not want to use this tow bar as your curb weight is around 5,176 to 5,222 pounds. I do have options for higher rated tow bars if you need.

Also, do you have the rest of the flat towing components for your Jeep?

@LazerS I went with suggested tow bar, the base plate was simple easy install , fits perfectly with factory winch it is mounted independently from the bumper Thanks for your help
