We definitely have what you are looking for. You didn't mention if you have a braking system for your 2025 Jeep Wrangler JL or not, so I have both options listed below.
With Braking System
No LEDs or ParkSense:
Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Way to 6-Way Coiled Adapter Cord # RM-15267
With LEDs and/or ParkSense:
Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights - 7-Way to 6-Way Adapter Cord # RM63MR
Without Braking System
No LEDs or ParkSense:
Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM39VR
With LEDs and/or ParkSense:
Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RM47ZR
The Roadmaster # RM47ZR doesn't come with a connector for the wiring coming from the RV, so you would need to also grab something like the Hopkins Endurance Easy-Pull Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector - Trailer End - 12" Long # HM48114 or the Quick Fix (TM) 4 Pole Flat Trailer End # HMC20031 to complete the install.
