does this come with the mounting bolts? CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender w/ Top and Side Steps - Gray Plastic - 12 Wheels - Qty 1 CE19502 if not, can you recommend the bolts required to mount this?

Hey Ryan. The CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender w/ Top and Side Steps - Gray Plastic item # CE19502 does not come with mounting hardware and what size you need is going to depend on how you're installing them.
If you're using the CE Smith Galvanized Steel Step for Trailer Fender item # CE26212G, you will need U-Bolts, like item # CE15284GA, to attach the brackets to the frame and then you'll need some 9/16" or 1/2" diameter bolts to attach the fender to the bracket.
How do you plan on mounting the fender and what kind of trailer do you have?
